Good people but hr sucked
Like the discription says. Hr was seriously lacking. 10/10 I'd go back in a heartbeat. Great people as long as you can handle a construction setting. Alot of joking and ribbing but as long as you have thick skin and don't mind hard work the job and bennifits are great

Great atmosphere. Good place to work and great management. Supervisors are great as far as teaching new hires. Very understanding company and feels like you’re apart of a family.

They asked about experience. Please be advised. If you want to make a lot of money you will not make it at a municipality. You will have a job as long as you want it if you choose to stay. Great people. Some politics.... not much. Keep your head down, keep working, and don’t get involved in them if you get an opportunity to work there. Also, you will most likely have to go through Express Employment of Longview.
