Assistant Cook (Former Employee) –  McAlester, OKJanuary 10, 2018
I love to cook so this was a great job for me. We cooked for senior citizens and made lunch for over 200 people. It was hard work at times, but the senior citizens made it worth it.

It was a dirty job, but somebody had to do it.
Refuse Collector (Former Employee) –  McAlester, OKMay 30, 2017
As your local friendly trash-man, I worked 6 days a week, and had Thanksgiving and Christmas off. I wouldn't do it again, but this job provided me with an opportunity like no other. I was able to take pride in what I had done at the end of the day and work hard to get there. It's the kind of job that everyone should experience in life, just to say they did that.

Working around a pool
Gordman's / Sales Associate (Former Employee) –  McAlester, OKAugust 1, 2016
Worked in the summer heat, from nine to five. I didn't learn a lot, just how to put chemicals in the pool. Hardest part of the job is the heat. I enjoyed the tan and some of the children
Pros
Tan

Executive Assistant to the City Manager (Former Employee) –  McAlester, OKDecember 30, 2015
A very exciting and challenging job at times. You never knew from one day to the next what your day would be like. You had to deal with all types of personalities from Citizens, co-workers to the City Council Members. This was a great position that I enjoyed very much.
