I have learn alot about this job, It was all about giving good customer services, having good people skills. and building good communications. This job has helped me alot, by to do some problem solving on how to make things better with the guest, and the business, by coming up some creative ideas, studying the guide book in order to be well knowledge about the program in order to be more supportive, and taking care of the customer in order to have them to come back again.
