There are no benefits for part time employees. In fact it is believed that the 28 hour cap was put in place to avoid having to offer part time employees health benefits.

9 hours. Most of my attorneys come in late, so any work I created in the early morning has been reviewed and is ready for edits during the attorney's lunch, so that document editing can continue throughout the day.
