The interview process is very easy, they ask for social, birth certificate, and a background check. After all, that is proven they ask you to go to a medical center to get drug tested. After passing the test, they give that information to the City of Phoenix and the pool they place you at. Then your will receive a call from your manager to congratulate you on being on the team and when you will first start.
