Required to provide most recent Performance reviews and supervisor references. Initial Panel interview includes staff from various departments and the 2nd interview executive team. Interview scheduled 20 minute increments very formal but but friendly. STAR method for behavioral questions.
What advice would you give the CEO of City of Phoenix about how to improve it?
Seek out diverse and culturally competent employees. Evaluate prospective employee potential from not only a performance or reference measures. Innovate and allow opportunities for new employees.
