PSC was fun but challenging
Telecommunicator/Dispatcher (Former Employee) –  Plano, TXMay 15, 2018
911 always has its ups and downs. It is hard for a single parent due to lack of home/work balance which I understand. The managers did what they could to ease all the negativity from the bad calls.

Heavy Diesel Mechanic (Current Employee) –  Plano TexasMay 4, 2018
For the last year fleet services is going downhill. Everyone is leaving. There is no room for advancement unless you`re really good friends with the right people. No one cares about third shift.

Human Resources (HR) Intern (Former Employee) –  Plano, TXApril 7, 2018
I was able to learn a lot everyday from everyone in the office. Management is great and helps when you need it but gives you creative freedom to do things the way you think is best. I enjoyed showing up to work everyday and loved the workplace culture.

911 Dispatcher (Current Employee) –  1520 K aveFebruary 5, 2018
Lots of mandatory overtime. I learned how to dispatch Police, Fire and medical calls and answer and prioritize 911 and non emergency calls. Management can be very harsh and lots of micro managing.
Pros
Paid Lunch
Cons
To much micro managing and gossip
