Management is biased. The work crew is undocumented immigrants. Stay away. Not worth the time nor effort of being stuck in afternoon traffic for. People have literally declined to work here after receiving approval of hire because of the type of work versus pay. Do not become desperate like I did. I got smart and moved on. I'm not surprised why this position can't be fulfilled. Lesson learned.
Beware stay away...Management in Recreation Dept. is weak and very political!

Very poor management in recreation department. They over work and under pay part timers. Weak business plan and professional standards. Constant change, not small change but job description change. Perpetually experimenting not consistent.
Low pay, bad management and under appreciated staff.
It was a great place to work at no problems. management took advantage of you in some instances. Some people not pulling their weight and you have to do it and a lot of things that you wasn't getting compensated for as extra work and extra responsibility that is not none of yours and that was a lot of favoritism
