Asked question which are not part of the job requirements. Job description says one thing what you can do not the same. the city is a legal mess.

Not good. They have cut too many areas and are running on bare bones

They are supposed to occur every year. However, raises were sporadic for everyone. Raises fluctuated from no raises at all to raises after 6 years. This applied to attorneys and staff which caused low moral among the office.
