They will work you to the bone. It's either micromanagement or they completely forget about you. Different teams has different expectation but generally, 'tagging' team is the worst.

The City of San Jose has so many opportunities for all employees. The pay living wage so it is great pay, especially in the Bay Area. The people who work here are very nice and helpful and there are many ways to work up and grow. It is also a very fun job.
