Typical days at work are about 50% Helpdesk, 40% Onsite support (setting up new workstations/troubleshooting/replacing computers), and 10% side projects.

The company has grown from about 15 urgent care locations in 2013 to over 110 locations and counting.

While providing a wide ranging scope of work we get exposed to a lot of different technology - more... stacks but most day to day is T1 support and/or prepping new hardware for new site setups. - less
