Shame they are missing out on nurses who cannot work in a hospital but have the experience to help make the patient's experience more informative since the doctors have to see a certain number of patients per hour in order to get the bonus.

I'm not an xray tech, but I believe they get paid a decent amount to where they could survive. Most of the positions on the lower levels however have to work almost 65 hours per week just to feel comfortable.
