In my case, I knew the Controller of CityMD prior to working there. I had worked with him at another company in the past. He was looking to build a finance team for CityMD and reached out to me. He knew my skill level and hard work ethic having worked with me prior; therefore the interview process went quickly.

The director tries to intimidate you while speaking to you...
phone interview & the call for in office interview.. met the HR, Superviser for the department and director.. the process took 1/2 weeks

You first do a phone interview, then interview with the corporate office. Afterward if you are hired you will receive a offer letter and start a 1 week training. You are then placed at a site and start officially working.
