If you were in charge, what would you do to make Civitas Senior Living a better place to work?
Hire management and staff that actually have compassion for their job.
What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at Civitas Senior Living?
Don’t expect transparency. Lots of policies seem to change without everyone being made aware. Hard to be truthful with potential residents when employees never seem to have been given the same information or training.
They didn't ask any at all they just assumed I had experiences and threw me on the floor I change what they want to do as they go
I don’t mind telling people where I work. The department I’m in is pretty solid.
I can’t predict someone’s future but if they continue to do this to the staff members, they won’t prosper.... 👀
It can be difficult. Certain shifts are worse than others. If you stay in your own lane, you avoid a lot of defensive interactions with other staff members.
