They need more organization, I have too much time working there but I think they are very inclusive and they need to hire more people because is stressful.

A 3PL worried only about the money flowing. Had zero concern for doing the job or the people they employed. No/poor systems. No consistancy in employees...some had to work others not so much.

I worked for DSC Logistics now CJ logistics for ten years perfect attendance travelled for the company and I enjoyed my job and since the company relocated 2020 I’ve not felt compelled as of now on another job .

Good Job. Just have to work through the different conditions in the warehouse. Other than that the pay is good. Management is okay. But main issue is weather conditions

I love the company itself, but the one I'm working at (San bernardino) has been corrupted by management, the upper guys do not supply us with airbags so we gotta recycle the ones that comes from outbounds. They play favoritism, if you really want to get a different position, then be prepare be friends with management, I've seen people, that only have worked there 5 months, getting promoted with a better position over people that been working there over 10 years.
