The CNA's on the Trauma Step Down Unit are spoken to by some of the Nurses in a condoscending way. Some of the Nurses do not help you. If you attempt to take a meal break or even use the bathroom the DA or Nuse will call you and ask you to do something, cutting your break short. You work 12 hour shifts with many times with no meal breaks and if you are able to get a 15 min break, which you are supposed to have 2 when working 12 horurs, you are asked to clock out for them.
