Typical day at work is repetitive, good people to work with so culture is good although you always have those people with negative attitude but for the most part everyone is very pleasant.

I enjoyed working with nice individuals. However, managers are so busy with daily tasks, there was no leadership and support that motivate employees. Direction/mission of the company was never mentioned or shared among employees. I have heard that the manager of the office had criticized an employee who had to bring his kid to the office for a few hours. Very disappointing action by the manager. In summary, staff were all nice individuals but I did not see growth/direction/leadership/support to motivate employees.

Supervisor is a pig

The warehouse supervisor was bigoted. He would make racist and sexist statements constantly. He was also creepy towards the women who worked in the office of the comapny.

Fast paced job with great people

Upper Management is disconnected from the operation and inside sales aspect of the business. It makes it tough internally to implement changes to better service the top 20% of the business. Overall the company has great people and everyday brings new challenges.
