With communication, you are able to have career advancement. The culture catered to hard workers and allowed a good work/life balance.
Training and development can happen if it is sought out by employee. Management is caring yet direct and can encourage employee development when requested.
Pros
Fair compensation, work/life balance, team events

You are given opportunities to work with cool companies at Clarabridge. The co-workers are great. Too much middle mgmt that should not be managing as evidenced by the high turnover of high-quality employees
