The company has good programs focused on career advancement. They have internal resources to help prepare for certifications, and also pay for certifications.
All travel expenses are paid for by the client company.
Downsides - they are not efficient at scheduling. In spite of having an opportunity 180 miles from where I live, I was put on a project - more ... that took 7 hours of travel with inconvenient flights.
Pay was low. - less
ProsAccommodation and food paid for during the week when near client.
