Very racist culture. It's a shame that companies operate this way.
I worked there for a few years and NEVER seen any people of color.
I had to remove myself from that type of environment, because I felt that I was a part of a culture, that was absolutely wrong.
They will hire a white meth head, over a person of color with experience and that's just wrong. Then will get in their car after work and blast rap music, REALLY.

Managers are bogus. team leader are even worse. no room for advancement. was there a few months and i’m sure i seen atleast 12-15 people quit or get fired. the work environment sucks, and the team leaders try and get over by not doing THEIR job.

Disorganized, chaotic. No one has any idea what they are supposed to be doing because they want everyone trying to do everything.

Constant growth, supportive managers, very realistic approach to problem solving and HR. Still feels like a small company even though we are getting so big.

High school type atmosphere. Most people unfriendly. Some are likable. Hard to trust anyone after hearing so much gossip. Many people work with headphones in to combat their daily boredom. Kind of a Kafkaesque atmosphere in the sense that no one knows why they are doing the work they are doing, but they do it anyway.
