I am re-submitting my answer to this question because, in my previous response, I got my interview date confused with my demo date.

My interview was on the 12th of the month. My demo was 6 days later (the 18th). I received an email 7 days after the demo (the 25th) stating that I passed it.

Yes to both questions. I have a Master's Degree and 20 years of teaching experience. My salary is $50 per hour at my current school, but I need more hours. I teach only adults, and I prefer online classes. I also have private online students in Japan, Russia, Switzerland, Belgium, and New York.
