Hard Work
Written by Exterior Painter (Former Employee) from Addison, AL on June 1, 2018
It is a very fast-paced, demanding job. You are expected to meet a set amount of manufactured homes a day, which can be tough depending on your job. It is manual labor and not for lazy people.
It is a very 'you take care of yourself' environment. People want to get their jobs done so they can leave, they don't necessarily have to help you. The hardest - more ... part of the job is the manual labor, lack of help, and work/life balance. The most enjoyable part is probably the pay, honestly. - less
ProsPay, 40 Hours a Week, Weekly Paycheck
