Depressing

Depressing work day. You learn mostly nothing. Management sucks and are rude. No culture at all. The hard part of the job is staying out of jail. Over all not an enjoyable place to work.

If you dnt know nobody or friends with certain ppl you will get the bad end of the stick. The grown ppl tell too much feels like high school. The management is horrible

Extremely frantic manufacturing, be quick or be gone.

I was let go after my very first day over the assertion that I couldn't work alone. Again first day, but also that assertion was incorrect. I struggled to keep pace on a line putting bottles into boxes they barely fit into. Anyway I wasn't doing it quickly enough after a while, you do this activity non stop for 2 hours or so. Naturally 1st day I slowed down. They brought in someone more experience...

Too much drama and favoritism

Management and line leads are a joke .If your new and not apart of one of the groups already established good luck trying to keep your job everyone gossips about each other’s business because it’s literally only 20 employees . Pay is low for the amount of work performed only thing good is your weekends are off

Terrible management

This job is good for only two thing; weekly, decent pay and having off weekends. The management is the worst I’ve ever had in my experience in working. They treat you with so much disrespect and negativity. And on top of that you can’t trust the HR. She will tell anything you say to the bosses downstairs. So no matter what you’ll either get fired or written up.
