Transferring is fairly easy but it does depend on job title and availibity. And it is totally 100% a company all about favoritism and nepotism as well.
I transferred at my one year mark with ease. The policy is that if your current manager needs time to get someone to replace you then you stay there for 30 days - they have 30 days to plan for you to move to another branch.
One year if your manager approves. If they disapprove then you have to quit and try to get hired by the facility manager you wish to transfer to. All about favoritism. So if your boss dislikes you, you'll transfer NOWHERE
