The environment is surprisingly somewhat laid back in the sense that upper management is not watching your every move. They are extremely trustworthy as long as you do your job, they’re not breathing down your neck. Co workers are all really chill and all seem to believe in the company goals.

Co-workers are nice, but it has a cult mentality. Everyone worships the boss and will defend him no matter what he does. Management in general is confused and not only unaware of their lack of understanding of their own roles or what yours are supposed to be, but also just how lost everyone is in regards to their abilities. Boss literally thinks his employees are too stupid to be given free reign so he hamstrings them to be dependent on him
