A list of milestones to reach plus benefits of reaching them. Individual milestones and team based milestones should be discussed.3. A full ecourse training package should be developed with different skill levels in mind with focus on sales and soft skills.4. This should also include a course on negotiating and communication which should be mandatory for all employees from management down to ambassadors.5. All training should be paid and should include both digital material and activities for practical application.6. A new employee guideline should be drafted and signed by all employees that would effectively create a balance between staff and management.7.
