CEO has to go through all the employees in put the worst job in the world all reviews in all areas on the country, he has to fix the problem as soon as possible the welfare of the employees or he has to go for another school to learn how to manage a company with managers and supervisors. Change the attitude of the company policy and procedures.

Be honest with your employees, let them know the obstacles the company is trying to overcome and be as transparent as possible, with also letting them know they have a job to perform. Rumors are as deadly as a shot through the heart!

I think that the the CEO could have implemented hourly pay, as well as commission being that the company was brand new on the east coast.
