Group interview with up to 50 people. They asked, "what did you learn from watching the Clear videos?". You must introduce yourself, state your current employment and where you would like to travel. Next, you will get a partner and you must sell their skills as why they would be the perfect candidate for the position.
I went to the “group” interview in Atlanta today only to be surprised that it was about 30 other potential candidates that I’d be interviewing with. We were briefed about what was going to go on in the interview. Introduce yourself and tell what you do and where you would like to travel. And group up with a partner and sell why your partner would be the best candidate to hire and followed by questions from us. I feel it was a waste of my time and I’m not interested in pursuing any farther.
One giant group interview. The first question is about why you’re interested in the company and everyone stands up (at will) to speak to the crowd. The second part is to pair up with a partner and sell that person to the group. After that they will explain the details of the job and release you.
