They need to Hire new managers. They have no idea what their doing. They call u in for an interview.. Take an hour to get interviewed. Its out in the open, they have no office to do interviews, no paperwork, no document, no resume meaning no way they are professionals.. Everything is online n they continuously ask u over email after u just applied to come in for an interview not remembering that u were just there last week. No phone calls just emails. So fake. If they arent professionals at what they do.. I can only imagine what the job or coworkers are like. The pay is probably not even worth the stress neither. No wonder people come n go.

Slow airport with garbage management
Ambassador (Former Employee) –  Phoenix, AZNovember 2, 2018
If you're thinking about working at the Phoenix location, just look somewhere else. During training they hype it up to make it seem like you can move up positions easily, you'll get so much money from commision, and that it's super busy. Not only is this probably the slowest airport to work at but the management team is just picked off the side of the street. One manager has only worked in restaurants, another was a bartender prior to this position, another just worked at Gucci and liked to flaunt that specific fact. They do not know how to manage their staff, their attendance policy is ridiculous, and they're just all cut throat and do not care about their ambassadors. If you're not good at selling then you're scheduled to be at a slow gate where you have no chance of ever making a sale while top enrollers are at the busiest gates. the leads just sit to the side and do nothing or take their job way to seriously and threaten to fire you when they have no actual power to do so. If you do plan to work here, expect to stand in one spot for 8 hours talking with other ambassadors, TSA, or securitas. at least they're cool people!

The company and service they offer are great, the job not so much.
Manager (Current Employee) –  TXOctober 23, 2018
The company and what they offer are great. The manager job is not so great. There is little room for advancement from within due to bringing in outside leadership. There are no mentorship programs or development programs in place.

Manager (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, GAOctober 16, 2018
If they lived their mission statement, they would be great. Unfortunately, they ask for transparency, but do not want to know what is the truth.

Live the motto, hire smart people to do smart things.

Horrible
Ambassador (Current Employee) –  PhoenixOctober 12, 2018
If you enjoy high school like drama and constantly listening to everyone complain then this is the job for you.
The job itself is incredibly easy and the pay is great.. however, they really hype up the job to be something it isn’t.
You won’t be making huge commission checks working in the PHX airport. Everyone will blow you off and you’re lucky to make 5 sales a week.
The worst part about the job is the people. The only people they can seem to get to work here are young and immature. Everyone is talking and complaining about someone else at every second of the day, and there is a whole lot of HR madness.
All the people working here are lying, manipulative, drama queens.
Look somewhere else.
Pros
easy work, good pay
Cons
management, co workers, lack of sales

The company is no problem, its the MANAGEMENT!
Ambassador (Former Employee) –  Miami, FLOctober 10, 2018
the company itself is fine, you meet all kind of people, you get experience in biometrics and valid documents screening that you can use for a career job. The management at MIA location is just horrible! They have favoritism ( even though they deny it), they feed into gossip even though they will throw shade in their briefings about stop gossiping. The general manager she's never around when incidents happen, but yet, believes everything her supervisors tells her. They flat out lie and twist situations around and the general manager stands behind them 200%. The general manager frequently referes her employees as "KIDS". Managers want you to give them respect but talk to you any kind of way(yelling, cursing, slick remarks) but yet, they write you up for reacting to the way they treat you! If you speak up on what you believe isn't fair to you or something isn't right, YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED A PROBLEM FOR THEM! If you are not a favorite, you can forget about trying to be part of management ( who wants it anyways, working along lying pathetic highschool adults in management). Don't take more than 4 minutes in the bathroom, get caught on your phone, take a extra minute on a break, talk to your peers or other airport employees, or have a school schedule or have a to be with your kids BECAUSE THOSE ARE PROBLEMS FOR THEM! OH YEA, YOU HAVE TO SELL, SELL ,SELL!! the communication with them is horrible, for the past year and a half, the managers been hiring all their friends who barely speaks English!! But if you can let them throw all kind of rules and talk to you any kind of way, CLEAR  more... IS FOR YOU! it's not the COMPANY, ITS THE MANAGEMENT!  less
Pros
Commission, networking with other ppl
Cons
Harrassment from Management, no career growth.

I’m so glad I’m out!
Sales Ambassador (Former Employee) –  Miami, FLOctober 9, 2018
So I worked with clear for two and half years and when I first started it was a mess because the employees weren’t working as a team and management only saw you in groups they liked or didn’t liked. People gossiped a lot and would put you in the hot seat, play the victim to make you look bad and say you’re a bully. The managers do show favoritism and will get sassy with you. People were only there for the money and have come and gone because of management. The job is BASED ON SALES, they want to meet their goal for the month because if they meet their goal mgmt gets a nice bonus check. They are very strict on selling, when I first started our individual selling goal was 15 a month, now it’s 5 a day! It’s unfair because at times there no traffic within the airport. Everyone competes to sell also, so there’s bound to be drama. Selling is their top priority, they won’t give you any recognition, raise, there’s no room to grow in that company at all. The mgmt can never give you a straight forward answer because everything is “we’ll see” and if you help them out with covering shifts or staying longer the moment you ask them for a favor they won’t give it to you or negotiate with you. And if you don’t look the part or dark skinned the first thing the supervisor mentions is about not tolerating bullying or disapprove behaviors. They like to criticize, discriminate, stereotyping people all the time!! They don’t want You to make friends or network with anyone that’s not within the company. They want you to stand there like robot for 8 hours. Believe me because I put up with their problems  more... for two and half years and I’m finally out.  less

Management is a joke!
Ambassador (Former Employee) –  Salt Lake City, UTSeptember 19, 2018
If you are looking to be respected as a human I would recommend looking somewhere else. They treat you like a number. Don’t make your sales, your trash to them. Management asks for constructive criticism but offended when told what they can work on. They play favorites and you’ll never grow with the company unless you have friends in the higher ups. Also forget having your own opinion ever! You’ll be completely ignored. Have a problem with a co worker? To bad they do nothing to help! And when you reach out to HR they won’t get back to you for weeks!

Sports Ambassador (Former Employee) –  yankee stadium, mets citi fieldSeptember 11, 2018
while at the stadiums you manage yourself and talk to the customer while enrolling them. We high enrollment. The new managers are told by upper management to shorten the leash and write up employees for anything, like one minute late as an example.hovering over your employees is a poor way to manage anyone.
Pros
old managers let you work
Cons
new managers are cracking their whips, this is why employees leave
