Felt as if the job was perfect at first, but it was all just a veneer of professionalism covering up the fact that the company was primarily concerned with siphoning money from the state and not actually doing the work efficently. Management contradicted or doubted the veracity of just about every concern employees voiced and seemed to be on pemanent damage control despite nothing distressing happening. Problem was probably much higher up in the company. Employees were implicitly expected to never provide any criticism, no matter how small or polite, to company policy and especially ethics.
If you're fine staying quiet and having infrequent work throughout most of the day, this job would be a good choice because of the pay and benefits, which were excellent. If you have any kind of anxiety or just prefer to keep your work and personal lives separate, find something else. This company was uncomfortably interested in personal details that made both state and security background checks feel like online quizzes. Fellow employees were very friendly, but awfully nervous.
