Sales Representative in WFH

Decent pay potential... it is not hourly plus commission it is hourly OR commission. Training was pretty quick and if you don’t have previous sales experience it can be a little overwhelming. Overall not the worst job ever

I worked there for almost two years. The first year it was great base pay plus commission now… you get payed what u make . Only commission since then it went down hill and left that place.

As everyone else has mentioned, the stated pay is incorrect. They tell you that you will be making $12 an hour base pay PLUS uncapped commission which isn’t true. You make commission if it equates to more than the $12 an hour, and only if you are above 30% conversion which is near impossible considering the amount of customer service calls that somehow still count against you. Not to mention the products being sold are awful, everyday you are having to pray that the customer doesn’t know anything about internet speeds considering you have to sell them 1.5-3mbps quite often. It feels very scummy but unfortunately it’s the only way to make money in this company. You are micromanaged constantly by your coach about TV sales, which is hard considering most people just use Netflix, Hulu, etc nowadays. The only perk is working from home, other than that it’s just like any other sucky call center job.

Worked here for 3 months. And within those 3 months I had gotten write ups for just about anything, including being in the hospital. Not allowed to use to PTO after 90 days, SOOO many system errors. This company does not care about there employees. They take your commission money. Make you basically lie to these customers to get a sale. Do not work here

I loved my time at clearlink. It was awesome. I absolutely enjoyed it from my interview all the way to my end in employment. I don’t enjoy what I got fired for but I still love the company. They are wonderful and you should apply if you enjoy working on yourself to always be better.
