They have a high turn over rate. But they bring that on themselves. They are either under staffed or over staffed never in between.

The team leads suck!!!! They don't ever know what they are talking about. So you don't get proper help if any at all. And if they say your going to get 40hrs full time, that's a lie. You will get VTO ( voluntary time off) or MTO ( Mandatory time off) a lot.

20 hours a week at a FULL TIME job? Got sent home regularly on VTO-Voluntary time off. Isn't that mandatory time off? Truly the worst bunch of clowns in town. Unprofessional, unorganized, with no regard for their employees. Some of the worst stress I have ever experienced. No hours, no money, no bills get paid. Too cheap to do a reduction in force so they don't have to pay unemployment. Horrible.

You're hired for 40hrs a week...but they call you and tell you not to come in cause the call volume is to low, or you get there, hadn't been there an hour...and the send you home cause the call volume is to low. They do not care about you. This job sucks!!!! Completely unprofessional. I've never seen anything like it and I pray I never will again. WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!!

Calls time is monitored. No longer than 7 minutes or your personal stats are down. One sentence answers when asking for help. Supervisors sometimes refused to take calls from frustrated customers who requested so. Don't hang up on a customer, it is stated in training, you will be let go no questions asked. I witnessed that with a fellow employees, even though die to harassment and belittling from customer.

Not getting the help we need or given the wrong information to give to the customer. Not fair or consistent with their rewards system.

Told what not to do but when the supervisor has to take the call, they turn around and do the opposite of what they told us to do. Makes us reps look and feel really bad. I don't call that team work.
