Not worth the pay

It was/has been a great place to work at as far as staff and immediate management goes. It just doeant pay as well as other jobs in the call center field. And the hours are weird

Hours cut. Management changes too much

Awesome place

I worked there for over two years and loved it, they really care about their employees and I miss it! Loved the program and even though we would get busy they still had time to make sure all of us were ok and would encourage us

Productive

Great company lots of calls. Customer call with soo many demands. Support is good. Repetitive work don’t see an opportunity to advance. Time off Request are hard to get have to do it 2wks in advance that want get approved.

Best job I've ever had

I can't say enough good things about this company. They really value their employees and management does whatever they can to help you succeed. I honestly have zero complaints.
