Great place to work if they don't lay you off. The work is constant but somewhere along the line there was a miscommunication in employee relationships. One day you get a gift certificate for a great job and the next a lay off.
Pros
Good Training
Cons
Lay off
The company is growing exponentially, we are contributing in saving the world, one kilowatt at the time with renewable energy, so, there is that. Clearview is a great place to work, Frank and the Executive team genuinely care about the employees and value our opinions and that's really gratifying, they also are constantly looking to provide the resources we need to succeed and make our job easier, that lead to everyone being really helpful and work with a common goal (no kidding). Great Work/Life balance and laid back environment, great benefits package with Blue Cross Blue Shield health plan with low premium for family, matching 401K, life insurance, PTOs, very generous performance bonus and plenty of unexpected perks.
Pros
Salary, Benefits, Perfomance Bonuses, Company Events, PTOs, so many to list here
Cons
Not really any at the moment
This company has grown fast by caring about the customers and doing well by the employees. Its great to be a part of success. They do have high expectations and remove the bad apples creating a good place to work. During the Corona Virus Thing, the management handled it well, everyone was given a laptop and works remotely. The company gave everyone extra money to help get set up. My team meets often in Teams and the entire company does a video call every other week. Many of the employees have been with the company since the beginning almost 15 years ago.
Stay as far away from this place as possible. This is not a good company to work for. The culture was unscrupulous and the hardest part of the job was listening to how we took advantage of college students and the elderly.
This company will sell you dreams of making a lot of money and promising you that. They work you from 10-8 going door-to-door scamming people into going with them. There’s only a few of managers that actually know how to manage, very unorganized and dull work place. Most importantly they will steal from their own employees and not get back to them about it.
Pros
Pool Table
Cons
Scam artists, unorganized and poorly ran.
Half of the company is very well paid to play happy faces and send emails and chill all day, the other half does the hard work and keeps the company afloat but does not get paid even half of what the other departments make for doing nothing at their desks nor receives the recognition they deserve. Very unfair and if you just talk to the managers and make them laugh you are practically untouchable and you can just throw people under the bus to make yourself look better. Also, never expect a raise, you have to ask for it...wait 3 months for it to get approved then after it is approved wait 6+ months to see it on your paycheck. And forget about the commission, it sucks, they are NOT well structured and they WILL NOT pay you on time nor at all unless you are CONSTANTLY reminding them about it. Nice view from the 47th floor though, and you can play pool on your breaks...that's about it in regards of the good things.
Very wonderful place to work as far as the management goes. Job stability is another thing, one day you are there and the next it's a lay-off. Wonderful co workers and everybody willing to help.
Pros
management
Cons
Not stable work enviroment
Excellent work environment and balance of life/work. Clearview is a family environment that promotes fun and hard work. much autonomy is given in performing work responsibilities.
Pros
Very flexible
Cons
No clear definitions of processes
Clearview has a great product that is providing green energy to all its customers. The company is growing and expanding into new states at a steady pace.

Is Indeed your favorite place to learn about companies?
Unless you have no ethical standards and you don't mind ripping old people and college students off, I would not recommend working here. it will challenge your character. Would not recommend doing business with any of their companies the phone service, the electricity service or the solar service you can change the name and diversify your business but it is still the same corrupt way of thinking.
Pros
benefits
Cons
corrpution
Company is great to work in, the downfall is, it's lost over half the customer base in one year, and several lawsuits are to follow. It is very enjoyable to work here, but an always thinking if today is the day the doors will close.
Pros
Great work culture, paid Dart passes, paid health insurace for non-smokers
Cons
Company lossing too much business, no chance for advancement of pay raises
