Great place to work

Clear View is an excellent place to work. The company puts a lot of effort towards making their employees feel appreciated. There is always room for growth within the company. Management is always willing to listen for suggestions and recommendations. I love my workplace and the people I work with.

The CNA’s and Nurse’s are amazing. Management not so much.
Management is required to work holidays, and if you are salary that means working 50 hours a week not 40. You are made to feel like a complete outcast and constantly treated lbadly. Run as fast as you can. This is a place you do not want to work at.

Extremely toxic & stressful work environment
The management team consist of friends & family that are untrustworthy, unprofessional, & show little concern for the residents or staff. The CNA’s & nurses are working short staffed on a daily basis & the pay sucks. Management eat and gossip in the conference room all day while staff upstairs working short staffed.
