The teaching hours are a normal length, but there is an expectation of giving a grade for every little thing the kids do. That adds a lot to the workday.
The other teachers are supportive and kind. There was not one I did not like.
As a faith-based school, the aim is to give the children whatever they need to help them do their assignments. However, the children develop a sense of entitlement, failing to bring their own school supplies, expecting extra credit for doing a little favor for a teacher, and not bringing in material for a class activity, even if that material is something that would normally be discarded.
