Phone interview for RN consisted of behavior type questions. HR set an interview with nursing managers and shadowing in two days. Info was sent at 2:30 that morning after I arrived at the hotel so take notes during phone interview. Interview with more behavior type questions after I shadowed for two hours. Looked promising and was handed a business card. Also, received an email that I had 24 hours to submit references. Then received an email the following week that I’m not a candidate on the same day to set up another phone interview with Cleveland Clinic in a different department.
