I would hire people who certificates such as myself and only have Externship experience cause here's the thing nobody can get EXPERIENCE IF IT'S NOT OFFERED and another thing companies hire candidates WHO ARE ALREADY EXPERIENCED like I applied to a PHLEBOTOMY TRAINING POSITION BUT, I wasn't chosen for the job IF IT'S TRAINING then I should've been a candidate I know how to draw blood my COMPLETION PHLEBOTOMY CERTIFICATE STATES THAT I'AM A PHLEBOTOMY but, NOT CERTIFIED.

Getting ready of the points system. Don't promote employees in management position that doesn't have proper training. If an employee is sick or have a family Emergency they should not get points.
