Director of Product Management (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, GAJuly 10, 2019
The company is full of bad management, stay away, they let people go without breathing, they move fast for no reason, very unethical. They have no money and try to add features with no resources. Stay away!!!!

Support Specialist (Current Employee) –  Atlanta, GAApril 22, 2019
Company is owned by an equity company. The goal is to grow and sell the company. The product as well as the provided support has suffered greatly over the past 2 years. Internal churn is at an all time high.
Pros
Pay was decent
Cons
You’ll get used, abused and burned out quickly

Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, GANovember 9, 2018
This is definitely a place you work for a paycheck. There is no company culture. You clock in and clock out. This company is only known in a specific industry which makes them feel superior but in reality they aren't

Technical Support Representative (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, GAApril 23, 2018
Enjoy working at ClickDimensions. They had snacks, Nerf battles, and limitless coffee. Worked hard and played hard. Learned a lot about CRM and marketing elements. A lot of work and change could happen in a moment's notice. Structure and culture changed when investors and management switched and orchestrated changes.
Pros
Catered lunches, flexible shifts, interesting teammates, lots of opportunities
Cons
Depends on your view

Sales Development - Team Lead (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, GAJune 8, 2017
Learned a lot because there was little training and had to figure it out as I came across each opportunity. Great work/life balance. Not much upward mobility. The benefits were great but the salary and commission structure was seriously lacking.

Aggressively growing company
Partner Account Manager (Former Employee) –  Fargo, NDMarch 20, 2017
Culture changed significantly after the investment by a venture capital firm. Nearly 40% of my revenue sources were taken away from one year to the next, That, coupled with instability in several Latin American countries that I managed resulted in going from 166% of quota to 75% and my subsequent dismissal.
