server (Former Employee) – San Francisco, CA – July 17, 2018
the money was fine but the management was just non existent. normally you would get your schedule on saturday for the following week. drinking by management was daily. the allowance of workers coming to work drunk was commonplace. the HR department was completely unqualified and was very hostile to employees complaints/suggestions. management never allowed servers to make decisions or contribute in any way possible. overall management never came to work to work they just punch in a collect a check every 2 weeks-i think its called stealing.
Banquet Server (Former Employee) – Cape Neddick, ME – April 24, 2018
Was hired as a full time employee. Company hired four displaced workers from Puerto Rico who were given any and all hours that were available. Several full time employees were cast aside and given minimal hours in the dead of winter. The Puerto Rico employees were ALL given substantial promotions and the regular full time employees were overlooked. Management will hear you but won't listen. A lot of staff turnover for valid reasons.
