To many people coming and going, no fair treatment, more of a cult that company

More of a cult than company, to many people coming and going the year a worked there, from my head count like 23 or 24 in less than a year, bad management, almost everyone ( not all) just started in the hvac business hardly shared concern with issues and problems the installers would have. Would trash talk other companies and any person who would choose to leave or “fire”

Great company and amazing people

I started working here in April of 2022 and a junior dispatcher. I quickly moved up to senior dispatcher. There are many ways to advance in the company and multiple opportunities to make bonuses. The culture here is by far the best. This company truly cares for their employees. I am so proud to be apart of this amazing company. We are gonna do great things!!
