Great Place
Phlebotomist (Former Employee) - San Antonio, TX - November 15, 2023
CPL was a great experience for me. While the pay was not exceptional, the company demonstrated a genuine concern for its employees. Punctuality is crucial, but as there is little direct supervision, self-motivation is key.

Great job opportunity
Phlebotomist (Former Employee) - Denton, TX - October 26, 2023
I started here with no experience and overall it was a great place. I was taught by the best of the best. however, there was an issue with me being forced to "float". It was an issue because I was pregnant and experiencing complications- I didnt want the added stress of never knowing where I'd be and not knowing the set up of locations. When I brought it up with management they basically said its part of it. When I asked management why I wasnt told in my interview I'd be heavily floated, I was told that I probably would have lied and said it was okay. My response was "No. I wouldnt have. I would have been honest, but I wasnt given that opportunity." Other than not providing realistic expectations, I learned a lot and enjoyed my job.

I've worked here more than once
Phelbotomist (Former Employee) - Houston, TX - September 12, 2023
Where I worked, location wise was fabulous! I loveed my co-workers and my Patients! The time before when I worked there was great as well. This last time around was NOT what CPL is and it goes all the way to the top in this region. There's nothing about equality or advancement for you. The Upper Management keeps their thumbs on absolutely every single thing you do and micromanages your every move. That made it impossible to do anything.
Pros
The Patients
Cons
Upper Management
