I enjoyed my job fir the most part, but the environment was not healthy. I dealt with issues daily as customer service and there were limited employees in my department/front of house that were of my ethnicity. However, I felt supported by management with personal life issues as well.

Nothing short of great.

What is the best part of working at the company?Great job and people and experience. They've helped not only me out but I've seen them do things for their employees that'll make you stay.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Customers. Not all but their are some are very "entitled".What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Great, relaxed, friendly and supportive.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Easy going, depending if you on deliveries or in the store.

Toxic

What is the best part of working at the company?Favoritism .. will fired you just because another coworker said something about you. Won’t even ask for an explanation . What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Putting you in a department and not having the person you’re working with train you.. A dream for a designer

Having owned my own design firm, I loved leaving it behind to focus only on DESIGN!! The team there takes care of the rest. Awesome management, engaged owners and super amazing team.

Productive and friendly environment

I had a great time at Clive Daniel Home. I learned a lot there as my coworkers were helpful. The management was cooperative and helped resolve with any issues I had regarding any matter.

If you want to learn something new everyday, you'll want to work here, surrounded by beautiful furnishings and decorative items. Some of the best and most experienced people in high end furnishings and retail work here, you will learn so much you will be glad you gave them a chance.

The Walmart of interior design firms

While actively pursuing my bachelors degree I took an internship with this company. Because their previous intern was leaving before the holidays I thought it would up my chances getting hired after the holidays and my internship if I worked for them through the holidays. I loved working with my team and pulling together ideas for decorating the showroom floor for the upcoming holidays. The crew was amazing and very creative to work with.

Incompetent Management

They won't tell you that they ran their last company into the ground, with multiple lawsuits for taking money and not delivering furniture to customers. The management is incompetent and insincere in job offerings.

Awsome, creative, fun cliwnt

Clive a Daniel Home is one of my favorite clients as nothing is too far out there to suggest! They are willing to create some of the most interesting, challenging, fun advertising campaigns and I enjoy being part of that collaborative process!!

Tremendous opportunities; hard-working and collaborative group

CDH is a great company to work for. The group is highly collaborative and supportive. We all want to succeed, and help one another to do so. Creative, intelligent, enthusiastic, and very philanthropic as well. It's truly a privelege to work here!

Fast Paced and customer driven.

A strong design resource for the Naples Community. Also has international recognition for hospitality. Management is employee driven. Current product assortment for design projects. Multiple departments to service design projects. A great destination source with client returns.

weekly events

The hardest part of work at Clive Daniel is the conflicting work environment no one is on the same page. poor management. no consistency. Large employee turnover. favoritism. Enjoy assistant clients from beginning to the end. Informing them on the status of their orders and developing relation with them, most of which are long standing clients.

Stay away from this Place

Bad health plan and delayed payments to staff . During one year didn’t made more than $20000 in commission ( sold for over $400 000) Health Insurance. I had to pay myself from my paycheck $500/month. In the latest 3 months at least 8 people have resigned 😑 Do not believe what it’s said in their add. We all had to loan mo ey from friends and family to survive and pay our rent,phone bills,gas

Awesome work environment

The CEO was hands on and it was an awesome place to work. It was a fast paced environment and we made money. I worked with wonderful designers and the managers were the best. The provided a win/win situation in all aspects of the position.

This high scale design firm is one-of-a-kind. The employees here will forever be part of me. The quality of their product and their customer service exceeds most! The company is amazing.

Accuracy and Customer Service

I check for any items that may have come in on that day, I make sure that items that are scheduled for delivery is paid and has a clear delivery address. The most enjoyable part of my job is connecting with the client and spending my days working towards meeting the goal for numbers each month. The hardest part is making sure that everyone around me is doing the same.
