Cloud Dentistry has a motto, we say "culture trumps strategy" - this is the best company to work for with the utmost gratification, the leadership is amazing and everyone here shares the same sentiment. You'd have to be lucky to land a job though, this is not a post to rave about a company I work for to attract more applicants, we are a small crew working very hard at modernizing the way dentistry goes about hiring, and I say this in the utmost positive tone, but working at Cloud Dentistry makes me feel like the dumbest guy in the room which is exactly what I wanted all my career in dentistry.

Great place to do temporary day work

It’s ok

I like the app, easy to use and work when you want. But can’t call in a lot of times if you’re sick or have emergencies. Late cancellation or no shows show on your public profile . Unfortunately life happens and we get sick or don’t feel well and couldn’t cancel on time and doc don’t always excuse days you needed to cancel. You have a limit so don’t be sick and miss work they won’t excuse it

Best Dental Temping App and Support

Great way to work! Freedom to work when and where you choose. They are supportive and quick to respond to any questions or issues. I wish they had more jobs in Florida. I used them on a regular basis in Colorado.

What is the best part of working at the company?Great way to temp.!! Tons of offices use this service and I was kept very busy!! Also, very helpful folks if you have a problem with an office. The best temping agency

The pay and schedule is awesome being that you make your own! Temping is a very hard thing to do but it isn’t impossible. It’s worth it because you’d be gaining experience with CSA with different doctors.

Autonomy with your schedule

It is great you set your own fees and schedule but you need to be clear with offices on expectations. I Love the cloud though easy to use. You can email offices a head of time to see how they run their schedule, what OPS system they use, assisted hygiene and things of that nature.

I love it because you set your own availability and have the option to approve or decline a booking. I have mainly worked at offices with same day pay using a check . Only 1 other office I had to wait 2 weeks to get paid . Overall , it’s great if you are thinking about having flexibility with your schedule without having the benefits of a full time job.

This could be an amazing platform

I have worked through Cloud Dentistry for a year-and-a-half. It can be a great platform if you want to manage your personal time. It also can be a horrible platform if you want to manage your personal time. I discovered why a lot of professionals turn off the real match platform. Because if you decline a job because you want to manage your personal life they penalize you for it. I was in close contact with someone who had covid twice during this entire pandemic contacted the office personally to explain it to the office manager or doctor, they understood, Cloud Dentistry however did not and penalize Me by shutting down my account. I had an option of waiting 3 months or paying them $50. Don't know what the $50 was meant to accomplish other than a revenue stream and again a way of penalizing people for being responsible. So I would say sign and participate at your own risk but be prepared to be punished if you want to exercise your freedom of managing your work life balance. And whatever you do do not turn on the real-time match.

I’ve used this to platform to find extra temping hours. They connect you with offices in the area and you can manage your own schedule and pay rate. The best part is the flexibility and that you can rate employers based on your experience and how they treat you and never return to a place if you have a bad experience. Like the Uber of temping? Has been a great outlet for me to use to find temp work.

any one needed a job where you work when you want to work and make your own schedule this is the place for you. You are your own boss you can accept or reject a job.
