I worked as an English-speaking Customer Coach with Cloudbeds. It all started with a one-month paid training, which helped me brush up my tech skills and learn a load of new things. The management is nice and helpful. Did enjoy the corporate culture with weekly team video meetings and a range of positive traditions such as warm b-day celebrations or shoutouts for one's accomplishments. Overall, a very positive impression.
