I worked as an English-speaking Customer Coach with Cloudbeds. It all started with a one-month paid training, which helped me brush up my tech skills and learn a load of new things. The management is nice and helpful. Did enjoy the corporate culture with weekly team video meetings and a range of positive traditions such as warm b-day celebrations or shoutouts for one's accomplishments. Overall, a very positive impression.

Great motivation at work start and team building by management. The company could pay more for staff motivation but all in all, great company.

The family orientation in each individual regional team is a big plus.
