Management and Teamleads need a lesson when talking to grown people like kids and making enemies because that makes things personal an listen to people and take suggestions from people that actually perform the jobs rather than people that don’t know the actual job essentials “Supervisors” and leads that lack knowledge of workers jobs duties are the problem in this facility!

You will have to know your basic math , i think they still give you a math test before the main interview , if you dont have experience on a forklift then get some you can get to your local community college and get certified on a forklift , know your basic math as you will be doing lots of counting and dealing with inventory .
