Hold middle and lower management accountable for the actions of themselves and their employees. Get rid of the point system for attendance! You punch in, you punch out. Have a more family-friendly attendance system as well. Someone should not be punished for the daycare closing or for your kids getting sick at school. Life happens.

No sick leave. You have to incur points in order to doctor yourself. I went to the emergency room and I have to pay 600 dollars out of pocket.

You will have to know your basic math , i think they still give you a math test before the main interview , if you dont have experience on a forklift then get some you can get to your local community college and get certified on a forklift , know your basic math as you will be doing lots of counting and dealing with inventory .
