A good place too work.worked thru temp service. People at the job was very nice.it was cold but if you dressed right, it was fine. Only thing I thought wasn't right, they wanted you too work thru the temp.services.instead of hiring you in.
Its a dirth environment and that has a freezing cold wet floor making driving a forklift extremely dangerous at the speed they expect you to be going. You never know when you are going to get off, if a truck is late dropping off inventory you have to stay to unload it.

Good place to work if u want to make money it comes with a cost u wii lose ya lively hood when peek season hits an during inclimate weather u are responsible for your own safety to get to your job at Cloverleaf Cold Storage
You will stay until job is done no matter what the cost
I enjoyed working with my coworkers, but management was lacking. My supervisor was passive-aggressive. And would frequently act like a child. Overall, it is an ok place to work if you can tolerate poor management.
Bonuses every 3 months with good performance, time off on your birthday, set schedule, fast paced (not overwhelmingly paced)
Safety procedures weren't followed, no in house HR, and management was unprofessional

I've gained a wealth of knowledge since being employed at Cloverleaf. The culture at Cloverleaf is very laid back. The most enjoyable pard of the job is my co-workers. The least favorable part of my job is knowing what I do and how little I get compensated for it.

I had to leave because I was going to school and couldn't schedule my classes around work any longer. The boss's were cool about it and didn't give me any grief and let me put my two weeks in and work the full two weeks. The training has changed and I wish it was like it is now when I was hired it is much better now. There are petty coworkers everywhere you go and this place isn't any different in that aspect, buth that is not the companys fault. Don't be late because they have a policy like most places. bring a lunch because the vending machines suck.
