Fun atmosphere

Love the people, management could be better. Pay could also be much better for how hard we are worked conpared to other departments. Overall a super chill place to work.

Fun workplace with lots of room for growth

There seems to be a lot of room for growth here. They’re always making new products so I’ve gotten to learn multiple roles here. This industry can be a little unpredictable but everyone here does their best to go with the flow the state directs! I like that everyone is pretty casual here. I do wish the hours were a little more consistent.

Very hostile workplace

Instead of firing good people ,get rid of some of the management by starting with HR. People are sanitary going into departments. Policies and procedures are never followed unless HR is a mood . Poor management

Most of your workday is spent counting gummies and putting lids and stickers on bottles. Then you will be asked to work overtime to put different stickers and lids on the same bottles because managers mixed up the batch numbers.

It's an ok place to work

Ok place to work, but don't disagree with them or make a mistake more than once. If you do you are let go instead of wrote up. It's not always 40 hours a week. The turn over seems to be high. They do provide lunch once in awhile.
