Where I work it depends on who you are. We can not use phones in the store, even while on break. Have to go outside.

20 or less, I now only work a couple day's a week, because some times I work Building Maintenance for other people. We can work 3 to 4 day's a week if it get really busy. We work on a 2 week Schedule, but our day's may be changed or we may not work those day's, or may be called in to work the next day. You can't plan on the day's off or on. This is not good, we have to cancel appointment's, or can't really plan anything. That is another reason I have chosen to work only a couple day's a week. Many are Retired and need the money. I am retired but need to know what day's I work. Thing's may change, if a person doesn't care than this is a job for them.

They did ask for a percentage of sales each day. Hours were more dependent on what products were being promoted inside the store.

I pretty much liked my schedule. A couple days on, then a day or two off then back on again. Hours were 6 hours per day, maybe 7. Good work environment.
