Great learning experience

Work hard, play hard. Fast paced, constantly evolving company with easy potential to move up. Positive culture where you aren't micromanaged and can freely discuss ideas with others. Also has amazing flexibility with taking time off when needed.

Club Sportiva had good potential but fell short

Morning meetings Learned more about cars Management was so-so. Only believe half of what you hear. Work life balance was not good, they would call you out of nowhere to come in, even if they knew you had plans. Pay/working hours was the hardest part of the job. The owner was super cheap with paying employees. You would be told one number and paid a completely different - but they expected you to work a lot of hours.
